We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App does not require account creation. All user data, including lineups, custom players, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device malfunction, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Player names, images, and statistics included in the App may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. Such content is used for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You retain ownership of any custom content you create within the App (such as custom player profiles). However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
The App may allow you to create custom players with names and images. You are solely responsible for any content you create and must ensure that:

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2064 regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
